Apple & Orange Breakfast (6 to 9 months)
Ingredients
Freshly squeezed juice of 1 and a half oranges or 4 tbsp unsweetened orange juice
½ tbsp oats
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 tsp natural yoghurt
Small handful sultanas or raisins
Method
1. Heat the orange juice and oats in a small pan and simmer for 5 minutes
2. Add the apple and simmer until soft (about 5 minutes)
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the yoghurt
4. Add the sultanas or raisins and leave for a few minutes to plump up
