Autumn Harvest (4 to 6 months)

Ingredients

115gr carrot
115gr parsnip
115gr Swede
115gr potato
300ml formula or breast milk

Method

1 peel and trim the carrot, parsnip, Swede and potato then rinse well drain and chop
2 put the chopped vegetables into a pan with the milk bring to the boil then cover and simmer for 20 minutes until they are very soft
3 puree or sieve the vegetables until they are very smooth
