Carrot Lentil and Coriander Puree (6 to 9 months)
Ingredients
350gr carrots
175gr potato
50gr red lentils
2.5 ml coriander
300ml breast or formula milk
Method
1 Trim and peel the potatoes and carrots chop into small pieces and put in a pan rinse the lentils thoroughly take out any black bits
2 add the lentils coriander and milk to the pan bring to the boil then cover and simmer for 40 minutes until the lentils are soft you may need to add a little water if needed
3 puree the vegetable and lentil mixture until smooth
