Cicken Couscous (9 to 12 months)

Ingredients

20gr butter
60gr chicken
30gr carrot
60gr leeks
30gr parsnip
100gr couscous
250ml chicken stock

Method

1 peel and dice all the vegetables
2 dice the chicken
3 warm the butter in a pan then add the leeks and cook for 5 minutes then add the chickenand cook for another 5 minuts until just cooked through
3 while you are waiting for the chicken put the parsnip and carrot into a pan of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes until tender
4 boil the stock add the couscous then remove from the heat cover and leave for about 5 minutes until all the stock has been soaked up fluff with a fork and add the chicken leek, cattots and parsnip
