Country Pork and Green Beans (6 to 9 months)

Ingredients

115gr lean pork
115gr potato
115gr carrot
75gr runner beans
1 pinch dried sage
350ml water

Method

1 rinse the pork chop into small piecescremoving any fat and gristle
2 peel the potatoes and cattot trim the beans, rinse and chop
3 put the pork, potato and carrot and sage into a pan add the water then bring to the boil cover and simmer for 30 minutes
4 add the beans and cook for another 10 minutes until all the vegetables are cooked
5 proccess or mash until you get to the desired consistency
