Fish with carrots and orange (9 to 12 months)

Ingredients

17.5g(6oz) carrots, sliced
12.5g(4oz) potatoes, chopped
17.5g(6oz) plaice fillets
juice of 1 orange
60g(2oz) grated mild Cheddar cheese
knob of butter




Method

1 Put vegetables in pan and cover with water - boil until soft. If preferred place in steamer cooking till tender.
2 Meanwhile place fish in a shallow dish pouring over orange juice spread the cheese on top and dot over with butter. Cover leaving air vents and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Or to oven cook cover with foil cooking for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees or gas 4.
3 Using a fork flake fish checking for bones. Add vegetables to fish and its juices the blend to a puree of desired consistency.
