Lamb Hotpot (6 to 9 months)
Ingredients
115gr potato
115gr carrot
115gr swede
50gr leek
115gr lamb
300ml water
Pinch rosemary
Method
1 peel the vegetables and chop into small pieces then half the leek longways rinse and slice. Place all the vegetables into a pan
2 rinse the lamb under cold water then cut into small pieces removing any fat then add the lamb to the pan. Bring to the boil then cover and simmer for 30minutes or until the lamb is well cooked
3 Proccess or mash the ingredients till you get a nice texture that you are happy with
