Orchard Fruit Dessert (6 to 9 months)

Ingredients

1 ripe pear
225gr ripe plums
15ml caster sugar
15ml custard powder
150ml milk formula or breast

Method

1 cut the pear into 4 then peel core and slice. Wash the plums cut in half and remove the stones then cut into slices
2 put the fruit into a pan with 15 ml water and 2 tsp of the sugar cover and cook gently for 10 minutes until the fruit is soft
3 mix the custard pwder with the rest of the sugar until you have a smooth paste
4 boi the rest of the milk and add to the custard mix then put into the pan and bring back to the boil stirring until it has thickened and is smooth
5 proccess or mash the fruit and then stir in the custard
