Peach Melba (6 to 9 months)

Ingredients

1 ripe peach
25gr raspberries
15ml caster sugar
115gr natural yoghurt

Method

1 half and remove the stone from the peach then peel it and cut into slices, then put in a pan with the raspberrieswith about a tbsp of water cover and cook gently for 10 minutes until the fruit is soft
2 purre and then sieve to remove the raspberry pips let it cool then stir in the sugar and the yoghurt
