Red Pepper Risotto (5 to 6 months)

Ingredients

50gr long grain rice
300ml formula milk
75gr red pepper
75gr courgette
50gr celery

Method

1 Place the rice and milk in a pan and bring to the boil then simmer uncovered for 5 minutes
2 remove the core and seeds from the pepper and trim the courgette and celery. Rinse them and chop them into small pieces
3 Add the vegetables to the rice mixture bring to the boil and cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the rice is soft

4Puree or sieve the mixture until smooth
