Summer Baked Fruit (6 to 9 months)

Ingredients

1 eating apple, cored and roughly chopped

1 pear, cored and roughly chopped

Segments from 1 small orange, halved

1 nectarine or peach, stoned and roughly chopped

1 banana sliced

2 tbsp unsweetened orange or grapefruit juice
Pinch of Cinnamon

Method

1. Preheat the oven 180 degrees C, 350 degrees Fahrenheit, Gas Mark 4.
2. Place all the fruit in a shallow ovenproof dish. Add the orange or grapefruit juice and toss to coat the fruit. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top.
3. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is soft, about 20 minutes.
